Through Initial Operation

Testing, tuning, and operator training

One team for the complete dewatering train

Dewatering performance is not determined by the machine alone. Pump configuration, piping, compressed air, filter cloth, polymer, controls, and operator practices are equally important. Our services connect these elements into one working process.

System Planning and Engineering

Every system has different sludge characteristics, capacity, utilities, and performance targets. Our team develops the equipment and supporting-unit configuration as one process train.

  • Process data and sludge characterization
  • Capacity and machine configuration selection
  • Layout, utility, piping, pump, and instrumentation review
  • PAM Unit, polymer dosing, and supporting-equipment integration

Equipment Installation and Integration

Installation considers machine position, material flow, operator access, utility connections, and inspection and maintenance requirements.

  • Equipment positioning and alignment
  • Machine, pump, piping, and valve installation
  • Utility, control, and instrumentation connections
  • Site-team work coordination

Testing, Commissioning, and Training

Commissioning does not end when the machine starts. Operating parameters are tuned so the machine, pumps, polymer, and sludge work as a stable process.

  • Mechanical, electrical, and control inspection
  • Dry, wet, and functional testing
  • Pressure, cycle-time, and sequence tuning
  • Initial operation support and operator training

Troubleshooting and Optimization

Support starts with operating data and field symptoms. We examine the relationship between equipment, pressure, pumps, filter cloth, polymer, and sludge characteristics to identify the root cause.

  • Analysis of wet, sticky, or difficult cake release
  • Pressure, flow, and cycle-time evaluation
  • Cloth, plate, pump, and valve inspection
  • Corrective-action and operating-parameter recommendations

Polymer Engineering and Jar Testing

Polymer must match the sludge characteristics and process conditions. Testing helps determine the polymer type and initial dosage before tuning the full-scale system.

  • Sludge and floc-formation evaluation
  • Polymer selection and initial dosage determination
  • Preparation, maturation, and dosing setup
  • Cake evaluation and Filter Aid use when required

Spare Parts, Upgrades, and Rebuilds

Parts support and system improvements help maintain equipment performance and adapt existing machines to changing process requirements.

  • Filter plates, filter cloths, valves, and pneumatic components
  • Pumps, connections, hydraulic components, and instrumentation
  • Equipment function replacement or upgrades
  • Existing-equipment upgrade and rebuild evaluation

Problems we can help evaluate

One symptom can have several causes. Diagnosis uses actual data and conditions before corrective action is recommended.

One symptom can have several causes. Diagnosis uses actual data and conditions before corrective action is recommended.

  • Cake remains wet or sticky
  • Cake is difficult to release from filter cloth
  • Cycle time is too long
  • Feeding pressure is unstable
  • Actual capacity has decreased
  • Filter cloth clogs quickly
  • Leakage occurs between plates
  • Cake discharge is incomplete
  • Floc breaks during pumping
  • Polymer consumption is too high
  • Sludge characteristics have changed
  • Equipment does not reach design conditions
