Filter Press
Hydraulic pressure up to 20 bar, anti-corrosion polypropylene or SS304/SS316 plates, 500–10,000 L/cycle capacity. Manual, automatic, membrane (membrane squeeze), and filter plate variants target 40–50% dry solids cake.
Screw Press
Low-speed multi-plate, energy use 0.3–1 kWh/h, capacity 50–500 kg DS/h. Its compact design, continuous 24/7 operation, and self-cleaning system suit organic palm-oil and WWTP sludge.
Sludge Synergist Polymer
Anionic polymer for organic sludge and cationic for inorganic sludge, dose 0.3–3 g/kg DS. Rapid flocculation yields strong, pressure-resistant floc that lowers cake moisture and speeds up the cycle.
Filter Aid
Amorphous silica powder (diatomite/perlite) applied via body feed and precoat. Fixes sticky cake and blinded filter media, raises throughput and extends cloth life on difficult sludge.
PAM Preparation Unit
Automatic polymer dosing 0.5–5 L/h with ±1% accuracy, integrated preparation and ripening, PLC control. Keeps dose consistent for optimal flocculation in filter and screw presses.
Rotary Drum Thickener
Thickens 0.5–3% feed slurry to 3–7% output, SS316 mesh, continuous operation. Cuts filter press/screw press load by 30–50%, raising effective capacity on dilute sludge.
